Job Description:
Responsible for managing Pre Sales for the region. Accountable for growth in the regions, working in collaboration with direct sales. Will be reporting to the Pre Sales lead for the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
・Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud native solution
・Hands on experience on Deployment of cloud native solutions
・Deep understanding of product and technical
・Hand on experience on product set and POC
・Develop and maintain strategic partners in the region and build technology partnership
・Willing to get hands dirty and learn
・Develop and support sales on technology partnerships.
・Ideally, from the storage industry, Cloud native understanding
・Sound presentation skills and deep technical hand on expertise on Cloud native platform in English and Japanese
Requirements:
・10+ years of professional experience in leadership roles, software products Sales at scale. ( SAAS, PAAS)/ELA.
・Experience managing and growing cross-disciplinary organisations, including Sales, Pre Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. Managing multiyear rollout of the project.
・Technical and Business Acumen and customer-facing skills
・ Direct customer management experience
・Technical background along with Engineering Degree
・Experience building healthy, sustainable organisational culture.
・Manage cross-functional matrix team
・Understanding of roles, methods, processes, and best practices for user-centered design at scale.
・Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, driving commitment across teams and peers.
