Courier - Per diem

Per Diem, Days, Evenings, and some Weekends

• Serves as a health system courier to pick up and deliver mail, linen, supplies, and lab specimens to and from off-site locations.
• Must demonstrate an ability to drive hospital-owned vans.
• Must be familiar with area roads, speed limits, and local transportation laws.
• The ability to adhere to delivery schedules is a must.

 

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid NYS Drivers License with a clean driving record - Required
• Highly motivated, customer service oriented, self-starter, able to work independently.
• Able to possess sound decision-making skills.
• Be a creative and self-directed learner 
• Knowledge of area county roads a plus
• Clean, neat appearance.

 

Pay Range: $16.00 -$17.50

Starting Pay: $16.00
