• Territory Manager – Karachi
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
• Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager – South

About The Position

As Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales operations in Karachi. You’ll lead distributor partnerships, coach field teams, and ensure flawless execution of our customer strategy at the outlet level.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Lead daily meetings and performance reviews with distributors and Direct Sales Representatives (DSR’s)
• Coach and motivate the field sales team
• Strengthen relationships with key retail partners
• Monitor budgets, TTS usage and Redistribution (RED) costs agreements
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights
• Use CRM tools to track performance and customer interactions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, especially chilled-food, is a plus)
• Experience in Trade Category Management or business development
• Strong sense of accountability and bias for action
• Independent, organized, and tech-savvy (MS Office & CRM tools)
• Passionate about consumers and customers.
