We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Commercial Relationship Manager to manage and grow client accounts, build lasting relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to support business development strategies and ensure client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality service and support
  • Track account performance and prepare detailed reports
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or commercial accounts
