Precision Medicine Group is seeking a skilled professional to become Associate Director of People Analytics, to take our people related reporting and analytics to the next level. This is an opportunity to come into an exciting environment to enhance and build our People analytics processes and infrastructure globally. This role combines your process excellence, leadership, HR expertise, and drive to elevate operational capabilities.
The Associate Director of People Analytics will lead the newly established HR Reporting & Analytics department, responsible for delivering comprehensive HR data analysis and reporting solutions. This new role will manage all aspects of HR analytics and reporting, including ad hoc and urgent reporting needs, external reporting to government and investors, and complex internal HR reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Establish and lead the HR Reporting & Analytics department.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective HR data analysis and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Oversee the creation and delivery of comprehensive HR reports and dashboards.
- Handle complex reporting needs, including ad hoc and urgent requests from the C-suite.
- Prepare and file external reports to government agencies, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Manage internal HR reports requiring advanced Excel formulas, pivot charts, and data visualization.
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with the Associate Director, HRIS and Analytics, to ensure seamless integration of HRIS data.
- Work closely with the VP HR Operations to align reporting and analytics with organizational goals.
- Provide support and training to HR team members on data analysis and reporting tools.
Data Management & Quality:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reports.
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to improve data quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR reporting best practices and tools.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with advanced Excel formulas, pivot charts, and data visualization tools.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.( ADP WorkforceNow and SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent and confidential reporting requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$133,900—$200,900 USD
