Job Description

Bompard is looking for a Boutique Assistant to join its team at the King's Road store.

Position available immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

Bring the Bompard experience to life

• Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail

• Share the story of our iconic pieces through inspiring storytelling

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to make the client experience unique

• Actively contribute to the organization of in-store events

Maintain and elevate the boutique’s presentation.

• Assist the Store Manager in the operational management of the store (opening, closing, HR administration, logistics, Visual Merchandising)

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards

• Take part in stock management and delivery reception

Team management

• Supervise, support, and develop the sales team on a daily basis, ensuring regular monitoring of individual performance

• Actively contribute to onboarding new team members and fostering skill development, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Lead daily briefings and closely monitor performance indicators to ensure commercial objectives are met and team cohesion is maintained

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative leader with managerial experience in sales and store management within the fashion industry.

• You are passionate about retail and fashion, and you demonstrate strong listening skills, both with your clients and your team.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, you readily take initiative to drive your store’s performance.
• As a unifying leader, you know how to foster a positive dynamic and encourage team cohesion.
