Our Revenue Enablement team is seeking a Sr. Enablement Program Manager, PMO Lead who will bring structure, discipline, and efficiency to our enablement initiatives. You will lead program management office (PMO) efforts, ensuring that our enablement business partner (EBP) team and cross-functional stakeholders have the frameworks, processes, and visibility needed to execute with impact. By driving intake, prioritization, and governance, you’ll help align enablement programs with strategic business goals and accelerate outcomes for our go-to-market organization.

How You’Ll Make A Difference

PMO Leadership & Governance

  • Establish and operationalize the Enablement PMO, defining processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop governance frameworks to ensure accountability, progress tracking, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Provide clear reporting on initiative status, risks, and impact to senior leadership.

Portfolio & Intake Management

  • Manage the intake and prioritization of enablement initiatives in partnership with Enablement Business Partner leads and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the enablement project portfolio, ensuring optimal resourcing and alignment to strategic goals.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across programs.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and other GTM teams to scope, launch, and execute initiatives.
  • Support the Enablement Business Partner team with program structure, execution, and tracking.
  • Drive collaboration and communication across global stakeholders.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for enablement programs, linking activity to business impact.
  • Monitor results, gather feedback, and iterate processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that guide enablement priorities and resource allocation.

Coaching & Support

  • Mentor and guide enablement team members on program and project management best practices. 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally within sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM.
  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
  • Governance & Reporting: Skilled at creating frameworks, processes, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to influence, align, and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate progress, risks, and impact clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable balancing strategic program leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, LMS, Gong).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enablement initiatives directly to revenue outcomes.

Compensation And Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $121.000 - $151,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
