Job Summary:

Supervise production processes in a PP Compounding factory by coordinating with managers and supervisors to meet target. Collect and analyze production data to identify issue and improve efficiency. Implement solutions, optimize processes and enhance team skills for better performance.

Responsibilities:

• To control and develop the production process to meet standards in quantity, quality, environmental friendliness and ensure the safety of employees and contractors.
• To promote and support compliance with laws, conserve energy and raise awareness about environmental and safety issues within the organization.
• To coordinate production planning with the team and carry out other assigned duties as instructed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in Rayong province
