What You'Ll Be Doing:

• Process non-same day online orders placed by customers on Arrow websites, assist with processing same day orders as needed.
• Ensure accurate and complete information on every order, manage order entry & maintenance processes.
• Occasional assistance/interaction with customers, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–4 years of order management and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Electronics industry experience highly preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$18,508.33 - $22,395.08 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
