Trinity Ridge is hiring CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our dedicated and compassionate team! Openings for full-time (30+hrs), part-time with benefits (20+hrs), and part-time no benefits (19 hrs. or less) for 2nd shift 3p-11p.

Your Role

As a CNA, you will:

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Must possess at minimum a 10th grade education.
• Graduation from an accredited CNA program.
• Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Work Environment

• Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
