Internal Audit Manager

Job Description Summary:

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire internal audit function, from planning and execution to reporting and follow-up. This role involves developing a risk-based audit plan, leading the audit team through fieldwork, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance. The manager also prepares detailed reports for senior management, presents findings, and ensures that audit recommendations are implemented to improve company operations and mitigate risks.

Job Description:

Audit Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Oversee the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of all internal audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, risk management processes, and corporate governance.
• Lead special projects, investigations, and other ad-hoc reviews as needed.

Reporting And Communication

• Prepare detailed and accurate audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Present audit results to senior management.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure issues are resolved.

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
