JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Molecular and Precision Medicine, is seeking an individual for temporary part-time (24 hours a week) administrative support. 

Primary duties include but are not limited to entering reports for goods and services purchase card transactions, web requisition requests and contract intakes, and processing invoice payments.

This position will assist the Office Team by answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information and referring as appropriate, distributing mail to department labs, and acting on routine requests. In addition, this position requires creating travel itineraries and reconciling travel expenses. Attention to detail and awareness of changing policies are essential to these duties.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to details a must.

Preference will be given to qualified applicants with experience with Sap Concur, SIMBA, and Infor Systems.
