MI Technology Engineer (Metrology & Inspection)

Roles And Responsibilities:

• MI Equipment Performance Management
• Daily inspection of MI Equipment
• MI equipment calibration and verification management
• Deriving improvement measures and managing the performance of MI Equipment.
• Performance Management of Vision AI Systems (Enhancement upon model performance degradation).
• Creation of a new AI model and implementation of new inspection procedures.
• Quality analysis and improvement using vision inspection data.
• Mi equipment status management (Spec, Vision recipe etc.).
• Daily MI Equipment check, data trend monitoring, trouble shooting.
• MI Equipment image quality management, system data management including MES/VISS.
• Calibration of verification management during regular intervals, and in case of anomalies or changes.
• operation and management of calibration jigs and master jogs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in battery manufacturing and inspection process planning. equipment development. set up, ramp up, and operations management.
• Expertise in vision-based inspection and measurement systems
• Expertise in AI/deep learning-based machine vision projects.
• Experience in rule-based vision inspection.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Majors related to Vision AI
• Candidates with proficiency in C, C++, and Python development
