Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact during project delivery.

  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, presentations, and financial tracking.

  • Support the development of pitches, tenders, and proposals for new business opportunities.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience (or internships) in commercial fit out, refurbishment, or construction project management.

  • Knowledge of project delivery processes and contract administration (desirable).

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.

  • Commercial awareness and interest in developing business acumen.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD/Photoshop is an advantage.

  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • MRICS, MAPM, or other relevant professional qualification (preferred but not essential).
