CULTIVATE A BETTER WORLD
Food served fast does not have to be a typical fast-food experience. Chipotle has always done things differently, both in and out of our restaurants. We are changing the face of fast food, starting conversations, and directly supporting efforts to shift the future of farming and food. We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.

As the Analyst, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Fixed Asset activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of Fixed Asset related invoices. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in ensuring invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately.
Review corporate invoices and approvals for capitalization and appropriate coding, partnering with Procurement and IT teams to issue purchase orders as needed.
Troubleshoot invoices that failed integration from other software (e.g., Tririga, Service Channel, ServiceNow) into Oracle.
Monitor overtaxed invoices monthly to identify trends and partner with vendors as needed.
Monitor and identify trends in invoices requiring PO updates, collaborating with Procurement teams and vendors to identify the root cause.
Complete weekly hold reporting and collaborate with Procurement, IT, and AP teams to determine hold resolution issues.
Perform various month end duties, including journal entry preparation and posting, expense account variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
Complete internal and external audit requests as needed.
Perform monthly quality assurance reviews and analyses of key AP processes to identify opportunity for re-training and develop process improvements.
Validate results and lead the ongoing training of coordinators responsible for data entry of invoices and hold resolution in Invoice Workflow and Oracle.
Conduct, validate, troubleshoot, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quarterly Oracle updates, patches, or implementations.
