Operator 3, Data Entry, Coating Center

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Nhận và kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu, hàng hóa từ nhà cung cấp hoặc bộ phận nội bộ.
• Vận chuyển vật liệu đến các khu vực sản xuất hoặc lưu kho theo yêu cầu.
• Đảm bảo việc lưu trữ vật liệu đúng quy trình, an toàn và dễ truy xuất.
• Cập nhật thông tin hàng tồn kho vào hệ thống quản lý (ERP hoặc phần mềm nội bộ).
• Hỗ trợ kiểm kê định kỳ và kiểm tra chất lượng vật liệu.
• Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh công nghiệp.
• Báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề liên quan đến vật liệu như thiếu hụt, hư hỏng hoặc sai lệch.
• Hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo dòng chảy vật liệu liên tục và hiệu quả.

Education & Experience

• Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong kho hoặc môi trường sản xuất là một lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca và chịu được áp lực công việc.
• Biết sử dụng máy tính cơ bản và phần mềm quản lý kho là lợi thế.

Working Conditions

• Làm việc trong môi trường kho hoặc sản xuất.
• Có thể phải nâng vật nặng và di chuyển thường xuyên.
• Làm việc theo ca (nếu có yêu cầu).

Physical Requirements

• Đủ sức khỏe làm việc theo yêu cầu luật lao động.
• Làm việc trong môi trường nhiệt độ từ 18-22 độ C
• Không bị có bệnh liên quan đến làm việc trong môi trường lạnh (Xoang….)
