Job
Summary: The company is
looking to hire a highly skilled Odoo Functional Consultant who will play a key
role in understanding our clients' business requirements, configuring Odoo to
meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
As
an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will work on different projects at the same
time, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of
apps that need to be implemented. You will be an essential part of a team
delivering high-quality services to clients and this would require that
you work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
The
ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge, and excellent track records in
implementing and supporting Odoo with a strong background in business analysis,
a deep understanding of Odoo modules, and excellent communication skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with clients to understand their unique business requirements, goals, and
challenges, translating them into effective implementation plans
- Guide
clients through the entire implementation process, from initial setup and
configuration to data migration, system integration, and user training
- Configure
and customize software solutions to meet each client's specific needs, ensuring
a seamless fit within their existing infrastructure
- Develop
and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions, empowering clients
to effectively utilize and manage our software solutions
- Proactively
identify potential issues and challenges, collaborating with cross-functional
teams to devise and implement appropriate solutions
- Establish
and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional
post-implementation support and fostering long-term partnerships
- Conduct
thorough analysis of client needs to recommend effective Odoo solutions.
- Collaborate
with technical teams for seamless deployment.
- Offer
ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Create
detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Maintain
documentation for future reference and training purposes.
- Demonstrate
proficiency in presenting, discussing, and providing Odoo functional consulting
services to our clients.
- Delivers
solutions that practicalize project delivery according to the scope of the
working document within the planned budget and timeframe.
- Provides
project progress reports to clients and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven
experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth
knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting,
and others.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Odoo
certification is a plus.
- Experience
with additional business applications and integrations.
- Familiarity
with agile project management methodologies.
