Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and support long-term growth of the company1
  2. Identify, develop, and expand into new customer segments and industry verticals, generating qualified leads and strengthening the company’s market position.
  3. Drive growth of assigned market segments/product groups, ensuring they meet customer needs and deliver measurable business results.
  4. Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to track industry trends, understand customer requirements, and identify profitable opportunities for product and service development.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and management teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  6. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to contribute to organizational success

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Degree in Business Management/ International Business/ Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification. 
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in garment industry.
  • Good analytical, negotiation skills and knowledge on production processes.
  • Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills, result oriented & self-motivated personality with strong communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can- do- attitude to work autonomously.
