Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help share
our story, grow our online presence, and highlight the incredible work we do. This part-time,
remote role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, storytelling, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities
Email, Newsletter, and Blog Content, Website updates
  • Write and schedule a monthly newsletter highlighting recent projects, new offerings,press, or team updates.
  • Draft one-off marketing emails as needed for product drops, events, collaborations, orannouncements.
  • Draft Blog posts about different topics like fabrics, prior projects, design, etc.
  • Update new products to our Shopify/Etsy shop
Social Media Management
  • Post 3x per week on Instagram (mix of photos, carousels, and graphics).
  • Create and post 1 Reel per week featuring process, before & after, BTS, or trending video (we will provide a folder of video/images)
  • Track content performance and report on engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Stay up to date with trends and advise on new content formats or ideas.
  • Answer DM’s and connect with our client services team
Content Planning & Research
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the team.
  • Pull visuals from project folders and communicate with the team for needed assets.
  • Research hashtags, competitors, audience trends, and design-industry inspiration.
Other Optional/Helpful Skills
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe for simple branded graphics.
  • Familiarity with email platforms.


Requirements

  • A strong writer with a feel for brand tone and storytelling
  • Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
  • Familiar with social media best practices and visual trends
  • Excited by design, aesthetics, and creative work
Bonus: Experience in interior design, custom furniture, or a creative studio.
