Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Manager and Supervisor, providing direct support to the physicians and patients for assigned primary and/ or specialty care physicians. A liasion for the patient and physiciand in the practice, assisting patients in accessing service within the health system, facilitating communication with referring physicnas, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Careconnect. Obtain and follow up on referrals and authorizations for patients. 

Salary Range: $30.36- $43.49
