Join our expert team to work on a Pharmaceutical Sector project, supporting the development of a data platform that centralizes patient-related information. You’ll participate in the refinement of features, define how testing should be done, and help decide what gets automated and what doesn't. While most of the work is automation-based, a good manual testing mindset will still be valuable.

How do we make this happen? 🤔

With people. Besides your team and manager, you’ll have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you bring? 🤝

• More than 2 years of experience in test automation roles.
• Knowledge of Python or Java and Cypress or Playwright
• You should feel comfortable proposing how testing should be done, not just executing tasks.
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Level of English: C1, since our client is international and the daily work is done in English.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for functional, regression, and API testing.
• Executing automated test cases, reviewing results, and reporting defects in a structured and traceable way.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the test automation frameworks used in the Testing Hub.
• Collaborating closely with developers and QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Following coding standards and contributing to documentation and validation artifacts as needed.

Our working model: Hybrid with strong collaboration 💼In this case, you’ll work in a hybrid setup, with 1–2 days per week in the office. The rest of the time, you’ll work remotely, always staying connected with your team. It’s a flexible and people-centred model designed to support both focus and teamwork.
