Position Overview

We are currently seeking an On Call Overnight Bellman/Valet to provide outstanding guest service during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and safe hotel experience.

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome all guests upon arrival
• Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints with professionalism
• Provide clear directions to hotel amenities, guest rooms, and local attractions
• Transport guest luggage to rooms efficiently and courteously
• Deliver and log incoming packages to appropriate departments
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
• Safely operate the hotel shuttle van in compliance with traffic laws (valid state driver’s license required)
• Keep shuttle vans clean and stocked
• Complete nightly task checklist and shuttle inspection reports
• Stock and maintain the crew lounge
• Remain at assigned post when not assisting guests or performing other duties

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work overnight shifts and be on call
• Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
