Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, or venture capital role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing strategic initiative projects in a change-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
- Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and business planning skills, with experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.

gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of strategic partners and trusted advisors that drive success and transformative changes for gTech. The team creates value through functional and business knowledge to formulate and deliver strategies.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects that design, execute, and measure impact of strategic initiatives.
- Own hypotheses to key strategic issues and be the main contributor to findings and solutions by partnering with peers to deliver data-driven insights and synthesize recommendations for executive decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across business areas and regions to drive insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and working teams, based on analysis, experience, and technical acumen.
- Support existing strategic initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management.
- Identify additional areas of opportunities, develop strategic and tactical plans, and mobilize stakeholders to improve customer and seller satisfaction.
