Lead - Solution Architect

Presales and preparation of customer specific technical and commercial solution

Coordination with stakeholder such as design, engineering, projects, Legal and sales operation for best and up to date data center solution

Technical and contract SLA discussions and closure with Legal team

Post Contract Customer relationship management

Architectural Management: Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and design for data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and resilient architectural designs.

Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize data center infrastructure and operations.

Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, documentation, and guidelines for data center solutions.

Vendor Management: Participate in the selection and evaluation of vendors and third-party solutions, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Architecture Assessment: Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing data center architectures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, proactively applying them to enhance data center capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

• Educational Qualification: 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Work Experience: 
12-15 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
Demonstrated expertise in leading solution architecture and design, product engineering support & solutioning, pre-sales & sales delivery, customer relationship management, project & contract management, 
Proven track record of delivering complex data center projects

• Certifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
