Job Purpose: The Head of Sales - Enterprise is responsible for leading and managing the enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and enhance market share within the Data Centres industry. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes to achieve long-term business objectives.
Sales Management: Lead the enterprise sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges.
Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide sales strategies and positioning.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
