Requirements
What You’Ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads (prospects signing up for free trials) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls and outreach to build and expand the pipeline.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the product’s value proposition to interior design, contracting, and real estate professionals.
- Schedule demos for product experts, with the opportunity to own the full sales cycle from demo to close (pathway to an AE role).
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM with timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for demo bookings and qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of SMB sales experience (preferably SaaS or tech).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage prospects with curiosity and professionalism.
- Clear, neutral/global English accent for effective communication with US-based customers.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Flexibility to work US time zone hours.
- Self-driven, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
- Bonus: Experience delivering product demos for <$1000 ACV deals.
