Illuminus is looking for a Brand Manager to help grow the Illuminus and Commonheart Brands, and to assist with the rebranding and promotion of the senior living communities and services we offer throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Put your creative talents to use working for a growing, faith-based, not-for-profit senior living organization.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising
Create and curate content for our website and social media channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new approaches to digital marketing

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

Three (3) or more years of marketing experience
Experience in using design software (such as Canva or Illustrator)
Experience in web content management systems (such as Word Press or Contentful)
Experience with digital and social marketing

Candidates should have:

Have a general understanding of healthcare or senior living services; experience in Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Adobe Suite and Canva preferred, but not required
Be resourceful, team focused, and have strong problem solving skills
Be a proven self-starter able to work independently
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
