QC Technician

Title: QC Line Tech 

Department: Quality 

SCOPE OF POSITION:  

QC Line Techs shall be responsible for ensuring production of safe and quality products during their shift. All products produced shall be within set company specs. They are to follow all implemented policies, procedures, & GMP’s to ensure Proud Source Water produces and ships safe quality products.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

1. Line checks
   1. Hourly line checks: These are to be performed every hour while production is occurring
2. Inhouse microbiology testing
   1. E.coli / Total Coliform
   2. Yeast / Mold

1. HPC

1. Inhouse quality
2. Finished Product Release
   1. Inspect, label and document all outgoing pallets for acceptable release
3. Raw Inventory Inspections
   1. Inspect raw inventory against specs, standards & master labels before usage on the production line. 
   2. Document said inspections
4. Logs/Reports
   1. Damage Logs
   2. Glass & Brittle Plastic Inspection
   3. Daily Hold Inventory
5. Pull product cases for archived inventory samples
