Join our Art Production team as a Senior 3D Motion Designer and unlock the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in diverse styles, constantly challenging your creative boundaries. We aim to bring the most complex and exciting tasks in-house, giving you the chance to tackle impactful, high-profile projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Creating promotional videos for mobile games
• Optimization of the 3D pipeline for creating mobile game commercials to improve the quality and efficiency of video production
• Working closely with art leads and directors on creative project execution.
• Mentoring and creating learning guides for 3d Motion Designers

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Confident ownership of one or more: Unreal Engine, Blender, Cinema4D. For candidates focused on Cinema4D, readiness to adopt Blender or Unreal Engine is important, given possible future shifts in our pipeline.
• Minimal knowledge in After Effects (tracking, working with passes /masks from a 3D package, color correction, sound design)
• The ability to animate characters, rigging with Mixamo
• Experience working with VFX, including particle systems, physics and shaders, as well as creating simulations of liquids and bulk materials
• The ability to work with a large number of rigid body simulations (thousands of objects) and the experience of optimizing workflows using auxiliary programs, plugins and scripts
• Knowledge of the principles of working with composition, a sense of artistic taste, control of tempo and rhythm
• A portfolio with examples of completed works
• Experience with procedural generation tools in your software of choice (e.g., Geometry Nodes, Blueprints, Xpresso) will be an advantage
• The use of AI to automate and optimize the production of creatives will be an advantage
