Senior MLOps Engineer

We are looking for an MLOps engineer to join our team and play a key role in fulfilling our mission to create a world where all relationships are healthy and equitable. Concretely, this means maintaining and improving the MLOps platform that supports the lifecycle of state of the art machine learning models, developed by several teams (Recommendations, Trust & Safety, etc).

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills, extensive experience in managing Kubernetes clusters, proficiency with cloud technologies (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure), and a passion for machine learning.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
●   Evolve and scale the MLOps platform to support high-throughput model  inference and faster iteration cycles across teams
●   Drive improvements in performance, automation, and testing pipelines
●   Manage and optimize GPU-powered Kubernetes clusters, ensuring efficient orchestration and readiness for cloud-native workloads
●   Contribute to the reliability of ML services through participation in the on-call  rotation and proactive system monitoring
●   Explore and implement cutting-edge MLOps tools and processes that align  with our long-term cloud strategy
●   Partner closely with ML engineers and product teams to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving project needs●   Foster team growth by sharing expertise in DevOps, cloud operations, and ML engineering best practices.

• WE’D LOVE TO MEET SOMEONE WITH
• ●   Extensive experience administering GPU-enabled Kubernetes clusters,  with a deep understanding of scalable, distributed infrastructure
• ●   A solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle in production - from experimentation and training to model deployment, versioning, and real-time monitoring
• ●   Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages, with hands-on experience building tools and automation for ML workflows
• ●   Experience supporting ML engineers and data scientists by building tools and infrastructure that accelerate experimentation and model delivery in the cloud
• ●   Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions, particularly for ML workflows
• ●   Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native observability stacks
• ●   Confidence in incident response and participation in an on-call rotation
• ●   Proficiency with Docker and containerized applications in hybrid or cloud-native environments
• ●   Solid knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform in cloud-based infrastructure
• ●   A passion for cloud-native MLOps, and a strong interest in exploring and adopting emerging technologies
• ●   A curious mindset - a self-starter who is always eager to learn and grow professionally
• ●   Experience with AWS is a plus, especially in the context of ML and AI platforms, like Sagemaker AI and Bedrock
