Job Description

Sheladia Associates is seeking a qualified and experienced Public Health Economist to support the feasibility study for the relocation of the Belau National Hospital. This role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, health economics, and familiarity with healthcare infrastructure projects in the Pacific Region.

• Key Responsibilities
• The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Financial Modeling & Cost Estimation
2. Development of Financial Statements
3. Reporting

Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Health Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience:
• Skills:
• Demonstrated experience developing bankable feasibility studies for healthcare infrastructure projects, particularly hospitals.
• Proven ability to design and deliver robust financial models for public health or hospital systems.
• Experience working in the Pacific Region, including the Pacific Islands, U.S. Pacific Territories, or Hawaii.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
