We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to support Hato Hone St John clinical and operational staff on their learning journey.
This role includes oversight of all administrative processes relating to Clinical Practice Education Delivery and plays a vital role in supporting the wider Clinical Practice Education Delivery Team.
The Administrator will help ensure the efficient coordination and seamless delivery of our training programmes and educational initiatives.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity and can be Auckland or Christchurch based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all administration processes and requirements are completed efficiently, accurately and within the required time frames.
- Demonstrate a high standard of internal and external customer service in a fast-paced environment and ensure that all enquiries and requests are promptly, politely, and effectively responded to.
- Coordinate educational resources, schedules (using appropriate platforms) and marking for education Clinical Support team members.
- Maintain confidentiality, effective and timely communication, and efficient support to enhance the proficiency of the wider Clinical Support Team.
- Work collaboratively with the Administration Managers and Clinical Support Mangers to ensure national consistency of administration processes.
Qualifications
Ko wai koe - About you:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively on complex issues – verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience and success in an administration role together with the ability to apply a sound knowledge of administrative systems and processes.
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment / work well under pressure.
