Work Schedule - 5 PM - 2 AM IST

Length of Contract: 90-days (3 months)

Location: Remote - MUST be based in India to be considered.

Scope Of Work:

• Recreate designs made originally in Figma on a Canva-like design platform; designs include social media posts, postcards, letterheads, flyers, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions that align with Real's brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms and materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, UX/UI/HCI, motion design, advertising/art direction, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
