Descripción:
Elevar el nivel creativo de su equipo y generar un ambiente de trabajo en el cual se pueda desarrollar la creatividad enfocados primordialmente en los principales clientes de la agencia.

Funciones:
- Gestionar equipo creativo según capacidades y necesidades del cliente para una optimización de tiempo y resultados.
- Conceptualizar y aprobar internamente campañas estratégicas publicitarias a través de un análisis del brief e información adicional de Planning.
- Conceptualizar y aprobar de cara al cliente internamente campañas tácticas publicitarias a través de un análisis del brief e información adicional de Planning.
- Elaborar y supervisar piezas de despliegue de campañas estratégicas.
- Liderar reuniones con cliente para recibir el brief de las campañas estratégicas.
- Liderar las presentaciones de campañas estratégicas.
- Liderar reuniones con proveedores para presentar el proyecto, escuchar devoluciones, supervisar avances y producción.
- Investigar y mantener al día con la cultura y las tendencias populares.
- Participar en las reuniones de planeamiento para campañas estratégicas de la marca.
- Realizar entrevistas para la selección de nuevos creativos en caso se necesiten
- Asistir a reuniones de status con la Dirección General Creativa, para estar al día de todo lo que se está realizando en la agencia, solicitar feedback de alguna campaña, etc.
- Generar proactividades creativas a partir de los lineamientos de marca.

Requisitos:
- Egresado(a) de Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicaciones o afines.
- Experiencia de 4 años como Redactor(a) Creativo(a).
- Experiencia liderando equipos y manteniendo buena relación con clientes.
- Nivel Intermedio de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida en Lima, Perú.
