• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Core Java
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency
• Familiarity with blocking/non-blocking I/O, async callbacks, backpressure, and flow control
• Experience in building high-availability systems
• Knowledge of performance tuning and benchmarking in distributed environments
• Fast learner with a focus on solving business problems
• Currently working with a product-based company
• Lead & participate in full software development lifecycle
• Gather requirements and design application architecture
• Develop and deploy applications to production
• Good communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
