The Role
As a Due Diligence Analyst, you will focus on customer onboarding and KYC verification, ensuring each new account meets regulatory standards across the UK, Bulgaria, South Africa, Ireland, and Nigeria. You’ll work with automated systems, conduct manual checks, and collaborate with external vendors to build a secure, transparent betting experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual KYC checks, validating identification documents and proof of address.
- Oversee automated onboarding tools, investigating flagged or mismatched data.
- Respond to information requests from third-party payment platforms and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of all checks, demonstrating compliance with regional regulations.
- Escalate high-risk profiles or suspicious findings to senior due diligence personnel.
- Keep updated on the regulatory landscape in each operating jurisdiction, adapting processes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training, contributing to the evolution of our onboarding best practices.
