The Team

Secured funding and trading domain is delivering best of breed products and functionalities to Secured Funding and Trading market players via the MX.3 award-winning SecFin solution. As part of the exploration and development of a new offering in the financial markets servicing space—specifically focused on the Equity Prime Swaps business— you will be joining the Synthetics financing team which encompasses synthetic products on equities, securities, indices, or private debt that emulate the buying/selling of securities in a synthetic manner in exchange for financing. The team is responsible for modeling the various business lines associated with these products, covering a wide range of activities: Delta 1, Prime Brokerage, Secured Private Debt, etc.

The Missions

Combining Functional and technical expertise and acting as Product consultant, you mission consists of:

• Contribute to the corrective and evolutive maintenance of SecFin solution :
• Prepare design and specification of new Prime swap servicing offer:
• Knowledge sharing with the team, pre-sales and client services around the globe including documentation demoes … and promote team’s productized solution
• Contribute to solution packaging by using Murex configuration tooling to implement standard business processes.
• Follow client implementation and ensure smooth go-live process.
• Manage client incidents and provide assistance in a timely manner.
• Gather new client business requirements, prepare specifications, follow the development cycle and manage client communication
• Analyzing market trends in Equity Prime Swaps,
• Organizing and facilitating client workshops and working sessions
• Contributing to the identification of platform evolutions required to support the Equity Prime Swaps servicing model, including booking, lifecycle, margining, and connectivity. 
• Validating the design and specification with relevant stakeholders.
• Assisting Agile teams during implementation acting as product expert.
• Documenting and making demos of the new interfaces/functionalities.

Who You Are

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience ideally in the banking or software development industry
• Passionate about technology and financial markets
• Good understanding of post-trade for derivatives and securities finance
• Experience with organizing / formalizing specifications and validation documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English is a must
• Autonomous, self-driven working approach working collaboratively on multiple projects concurrently.
