The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:
Enterprise Services Accounts Payable is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our accounts payable team. The Enterprise Services Accounts Payable team is a high volume, fast paced, team oriented, metric driven environment focused on performance and continuous improvement. This role will include assisting with onboarding suppliers to Transcepta, working with the project team to review metrics and identify trends, and working with customers to troubleshoot invoice issues.
What You Will do
- Effective customer service through reliable, quick and accurate problem resolution
- Interact and collaborate with suppliers to ensure successful onboarding to our electronic invoice submission tool, Transcepta
- Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Review metrics to identify targets and track through successful completion
- Assist in the support of improvement projects
- Coordinate with across AP teams to execute and improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner and coordinate with teams of cross functional groups on various initiatives, especially with the Transcepta adoption across RTX
- Collaborate with stakeholders, partners and internal customers to drive project completion
Qualifications You Must Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Point.

- Proven ability to drive process improvement
- Experience and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams
- Ability to identify process and tool inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Must be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areas
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and flexibility in adopting different areas of responsibilities as needed by the organization

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
