About the Team:
The Sales Incentive Team supports the Sales Incentive Process across the organization.
About the Role
The Sales Incentive team is currently seeking an Incentive Analyst to support the sales incentive process across the organization. You will handle, communicate, and monitor the sales incentive process for assigned business group(s); in addition, perform analysis which will aid business partners assess the financial impact of their decision making. You will work in our NJ office, reporting to the Supervisor, Incentives.
You Will:
- Ensure sales incentives are handled efficiently and accurately, and in compliance with company incentive programs and policies
- Learn ins/outs of Xactly, the incentive system
- Perform data collection, system updates, revenue and goal validation, monthly / quarterly incentive calculation, and payment process in Xactly
- Analyze and address inquiries from sales organization and individual participant
- Create routine and ad hoc reports to support business and management needs
- Assist company accounting team in monthly reconciliations
- Assist business partners in incentive budget and forecast
- Handle additional responsibilities as requested
- Work towards the shared goals as part of the team
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree with major in finance or other related fields, or equivalent experience; 1+ years of related financial / accounting experience
- Understanding of the Sales Performance Management, CRM and Billing systems, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and internal accounting controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills are a must
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment, and are detail oriented
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Able to adapt to changing process and procedures in a timely manner
