Job Description:
Are you a driven marketing professional with a passion for customer success and engagement? We're growing and need a Sales and Engagement Specialist to drive e-commerce growth through lead generation and customer relationships. In this role, you will implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring our customers achieve their goals and continuously improve our products based on their feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy:
- Implement strategies to attract qualified leads via email, social media, and paid ads.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Nurture leads with consistent communication, providing helpful information and addressing inquiries.
- Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential customers through exceptional service and personalized communication.
- Support prospects throughout the purchasing process, ensuring they have the information and confidence to complete their transactions.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support & Conversion:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, answering questions and guiding them toward purchase decisions.
- Focus on relationship management rather than hard sales, ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
- Reporting & Optimization:
- Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates, optimizing strategies for better results.
- Adjust marketing tactics based on feedback and performance data to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or customer experience roles.
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams.
- Preferred experience in SaaS/technology sales and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong interest in customer experience and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably in inside sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Desire to join a fast-paced, growing company.
