This opportunity can you be located in either Chaska, MN, or Billerica, MA, and will work a hybrid schedule.

Are you passionate about CRM, digital marketing, and driving sales enablement? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing technology stack and enhance our CRM processes.

What You’ll Do:

Support and optimize CRM operations (HubSpot preferred) in collaboration with our HubSpot Admin and Digital Marketing Team

Support lead management: review, research, and update contact records

Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns

Maintain, design and implement marketing automation workflows

Collaborate on digital campaigns, landing pages, and forms

Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations

Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement

Contribute to innovation initiatives like VOC and Sales Enablement

What You'll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Marketing is strongly preferred

3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, SalesForce a plus) required

Experience with Marketing automation and MarTech

Pride in execution and an obsession with quality

Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background

Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis

Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects

Critical thinker and problem solver

Compensation: $71,000.00-$88,000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
