What you will do:
As an AI Data Analyst at NN Hellas, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to develop AI-driven solutions that enhance the Sales Network management function, specifically focusing on the Tied Agents channel, in accordance with NN Group’s guidelines. Your role will involve leveraging data science, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Day-to-day:
•   Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends that can inform AI solutions.
•   Model Development: Work with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms that support the Tied Agents channel.
•   Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement.
•   Reporting and Visualization: Create data-driven insights, visual reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers to support decision-making processes.
•   Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
•   Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity across all AI-driven solutions.
•   Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI and data analysis technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
•   Compliance: Ensure all data analysis and AI activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•   Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on AI and machine learning.
•   Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
•   Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
•   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•   Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
