Compliance Analyst - Regulatory Change Management

Position Purpose:

The Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Compliance Analyst supports the end-to-end RCM process in the federal space and supports strategies to ensure successful maintenance and implementation of compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products across the entire company.

• Monitor federal regulations, executive action, agency rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance, determine impact and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes
• Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents
• Review, analyze and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions
• Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance
• Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language
• Support internal RCM processes and engage in project management duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance; in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
