SDR Outbound Quality Assurance

What You’ll Do

Your Responsibilities:

• Improve SDR productivity through structured analysis and feedback
• Assess lead quality from outbound lead generation team (volume vs. fit vs. conversion potential)
• Standardize qualification criteria and objection handling
• Shorten ramp-up time and reduce performance variance across reps
• Improve the lead handling process in terms of channels, processes, and handoffs
• Increase L2D Conversion Rate by x%
• % of outbound leads reviewed weekly
• SDR productivity metrics: calls, connects, qualified opps/hour

Key Kpis

• Territory Enrichment Review

• Lead quality score (fit + intent) and conversion rate by source
• Coaching coverage: % of reps coached/month
• Average ramp-up time for new SDRs

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience: 2+ years in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, SDR Operations, or Client Acquisition; SaaS is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and providing constructive feedback
• Team player who collaborates closely with Sales, RevOps & Enablement
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international SaaS scale-up environment
