Recruitment Sourcer - (Part-time, Remote)

As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential candidates and will be an integral part of building our teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identifying, engaging, and activating passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Facebook, professional forums, and networking groups.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a timely and efficient manner.
• Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand role requirements.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to continuously improve efficiency.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and goals.
• Maintaining an active presence in professional communities and across social media platforms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience, either in-house or at an agency (combination is an advantage).
• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, etc.).
• Proven experience in identifying high-quality candidates for technical and/or strategic roles.
• Experience conducting phone interviews and initial candidate screenings.
• Creative thinker with the ability to proactively source passive candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Positive, proactive, and resilient with high attention to detail and self-organization.
