If you’re confident in your ability to be a key contributor to our evolution—pushing the boundaries of design and productivity while thriving in a rapidly maturing environment—we encourage you to apply.
Product Design Responsibilities:
Design cybersecurity products and features end‑to‑end
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to define objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Lead design through ambiguity—bringing clarity to fuzzy problem spaces and shifting requirements
- Run mixed‑methods research and structured usability testing; analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
- Mockup UI and flows, experiment and iterate rapidly—prototype for user and stakeholder feedback to de-risk assumptions early in the process
- Deliver accurate, concise specs to front‑end engineers and see them through to accurate implementation
Design System Responsibilities:

- Drive consistency, scalability, usability, accessibility, performance, aesthetics, and delight across products

- Document system principles, guidelines, and usage; maintain the system as a living product
- Mentor designers and partner teams on standards and best practices
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate adoption and implementation
- Communicate and socialize changes and decisions across the organization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer with hands-on design system work in B2B SaaS
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across users and teams
- Strong UX fundamentals and experience: principles & mindset, research foundations, information architecture & interaction, prototyping & validation, UX writing & microcopy
- Strong UI fundamentals and experience: visual & layout, typography & legibility, color & contrast, data visualization, controls & inputs, iconography & imagery, responsiveness, and platform norms
- Experience designing for data-rich, complex products, including dashboards and reports
- Track record of crafting, launching, and maintaining design systems at scale
- Proven ability to partner with Product Management, demonstrating strong product thinking (problem framing, prioritization, business alignment)
- Demonstrated strength in navigating ambiguity, untangling complex product challenges, and making user-centered decisions under shifting constraints
- System-level thinking to create cohesive, interconnected experiences across multiple product domains
- Ability to simplify complex product operations and technical systems
- Familiarity with cognitive psychology, heuristics, and behavioral principles to inform human-centered solutions
- Working knowledge of WCAG standards and a dedication to inclusive design

- Proven track record designing experiences that drive measurable business impact—improving key metrics like efficiency, engagement, and adoption
- Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3: flexbox, grid, media queries, transitions, and animation
- Proactive learning mindset—driven to explore new tools, methods, and trends to continuously evolve your craft
- Interest in and growing proficiency with AI-assisted design: prompt strategies for accelerated research synthesis, ideation, and content generation; evaluating outputs for bias, privacy, and accuracy; documenting prompts and results for reuse
