Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. A typical day involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in strategic discussions, assess project risks, and ensure that security compliance standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks. - Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Compliance Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
