Staff Solutions Architect

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :-

• Define infrastructure development policies and standards, providing expert guidance across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design holistic cloud environments and integrate them with existing on-premises infrastructure, ensuring alignment with End Customer's requirements.
• Bridge gaps between business needs and infrastructure capabilities (compute, storage, network, data center) in both on-premises and cloud contexts.
• Analyze current infrastructure systems to ensure they meet End Customer and IT team needs, identifying areas for cloud optimization.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies and business requirements, including cloud migration and integration.
• Ensure optimal governance structures and adherence to infrastructure architecture standards, including cloud security and compliance.
• Recommend alternative technologies and improvements (including cloud services) to enhance information systems and support End Customer's goals.
• Consult with project teams to integrate infrastructure architecture and adapt it to meet project requirements, including cloud-specific needs.
• Identify enterprise requirements for structural, resource, and cultural changes necessary for effective hybrid infrastructure support.
• Ensure thorough documentation of architecture designs and evaluation work, covering both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support the development and execution of communication and education plans for infrastructure architecture, including cloud adoption strategies.
• Provide technical input for Procurement's RFP development and vendor selection, particularly for cloud-related services and technologies.
• Conduct necessary migrations to bring tools and elements into the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Continuously analyze and optimize infrastructure, both on premise and cloud, to ensure optimal cost, performance, and security.

Skill Set

• Hybrid Cloud Architecture Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement complex hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises and cloud resources.
• Cloud Platform Proficiency (OCI , Google ,AWS, Azure, GCP): Deep understanding and certifications in major cloud platforms, demonstrating practical application of cloud services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security best practices for hybrid environments.
• Strong experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for modern infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and governance practices for effective infrastructure management and compliance.
