Job Description
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the salon’s online presence by showcasing its premium services, aesthetic excellence, and transformative client results.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content for beauty/salon business
Post content consistently across social media channels
Handle lighter administrative tasks including schedule maintenance
Support content creation by following provided lists and guidelines
Scheduling posts across various platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Managing the company’s Facebook page, Instagram account, and LinkedIn Profile.
Community engagement - responding to follower messages, interactions, and likes.
Provide recommendations on social media strategies and regular reporting on activity and social engagement growth.
Reach out to relevant social media influencers and research new media opportunities in the industry.
Collaborate with the social media manager to establish the brand’s online identity.
Reach out to Vendor on Fiverr or similar platforms when necessary to deliver additional content.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and lead generation
Background working with marketing agencies preferred
Strong graphics and digital marketing skills
Ability to engage prospects through social media outreach
