Job Description

• Daily monitoring of our production envinronment
• Incident, Problem and Change management
• Setup and maintenance of the test envinronment
• Testing of the new product versions
• Generate internal reports
• Customer contact by phone or mail (German and English)
• Documentation (manuals and knowledgebase)
• Weekly internal conference calls

Qualifications

• >1 year experience in IT support role
• Knowledge of Service Manager 9 and ServiceNow (or another ticketing system)
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10 or higher
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012 or higher
